But we have just come across two forgotten boxes!

Volume 2 Insiders: 5 copies hardback with dust jacket

If you live in St Albans district; pay on delivery; there will be no carriage charge.

If you live outside St Albans district you will be asked to send a cheque (payable to Mike Neighbour) for the price of the book plus £3 carriage, total £28.00. Your book will be dispatched when the cheque is received. You will receive an email when the book is dispatched via yourHermes carrier.
